The US government is in partial shutdown over funding for President Trump’s $5 billion wall; MOBOPINIONS asked 1,324 people “Should the President give up on his election promise of a border wall with Mexico, to avoid a government shutdown?” The results showed a united country with 60% saying yes he should NOT pursue it at the cost of a shutdown, 17% were undecided and only 23% supported his stance.

Across party lines 37% of those identifying themselves as republicans supported President Trump but 73% of those identifying as democrats were against his stance. % Variances across age, gender, and region were all within an acceptable margin of error.

The poll of 1,324 respondents, was conducted exclusively through Android 54% and IOS 46% mobile devices, within over 300 mobile apps. from November 29th 2018 to December 4th 2018. The survey has a margin of error of 3%.
